At AirsoftCA, we offer free shipping with no minimum order required for all our customers within the United States using UPS Ground shipping.

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse located in Arcadia, CA. We strive to process and ship most orders within one business day from the time they are placed. In the event that there is a delay in shipping your order, we will contact you to inform you of the delay and provide you with an estimated shipping date.

UPS Ground shipping typically takes 1-5 business days for delivery depending on your location. Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email so that you can easily track your package and know when it will be delivered.

Please note that we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Return

Thank you for shopping at our airsoft online store. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That is why we offer a hassle-free return policy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the item within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that we only accept returns for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email or phone. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item. Please make sure to include the return authorization number in your package, as we will not be able to process your return without it.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to make sure it meets our return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, less any applicable shipping charges. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Please also note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used or opened. If you receive a defective item or an item that is not as described, please contact our customer service team right away so we can make it right.
