AirsoftCA Warranty Policy:
All products sold on AirsoftCA come with a manufacturer's warranty. The duration of the warranty varies depending on the manufacturer and product type. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase.
AirsoftCA guarantees that all products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service. If a product is found to be defective within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it, or issue a refund, at our discretion.
Please note that the warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper storage.
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage.
- Modifications or alterations to the product.
- Damage caused by accidents, natural disasters, or other external factors.
- Failure to follow the product instructions or user manual.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team within the warranty period. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product for evaluation. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us.
Once we receive the product, we will evaluate it to determine if it qualifies for warranty coverage. If it does, we will repair or replace the product, or issue a refund, at our discretion. If it does not qualify for warranty coverage, we will notify you and offer you the option of having the product repaired or replaced at your expense.
Our warranty is in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have under applicable law. Our liability is limited to the cost of the product and does not cover any other damages, including but not limited to lost profits or revenue, or incidental or consequential damages.
